Delivery
- Delivery timeline is 5-7 business days depending on your location and the courier partner.
- We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
- For orders of 3 or more products, delivery is free. Orders with less than 3 products or split orders will incur a Rs 200 delivery charge each.
- Shipping charges are displayed separately on the check-out page.
- Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be shipped and delivered next working day.
- We make two delivery attempts; please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark)
- Only accept orders that appear in A.A Bags branded flyers & refuse those that are opened or tampered with.
Exchange

- A.A Bags return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items through the same for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
- Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
- The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
